The factory implements the full manufacturing work, including the product development and the launching of new products, manufacturing of component parts and units according to drawings and technical requirements of the Customer.

In questions of personnel recruitment the specific emphasis is directed to the specialist`s profile education, experience and qualification, the specialists` training for allowance to responsible manufacturing operations is implemented by the internal personnel rotation at the factory. The system of personnel competence has been implemented at the factory and is keeping working. The workers improve their professional skills by visiting profile exhibitions and extension courses.
