Our turning machines SMEC with a revolver head of type BMT give an opportunity for complex treatment of workpieces. By using a back spindle and an Y-axis treatment of complex workpieces on one machine is possible, that reduces the volume of defects and significantly improves the quality.
MILLING CNC-MACHINES
5-axial milling units SPHINX with rotational movable desk and replaceable nozzles allow to treat workpieces without additional replacement, that enhances the accuracy of their manufacture, also gives an opportunity to carry out treatment of complex surfaces. A buit-in servo motor and a high precise position sensor Heidenhain ensures a very high precision of positioning.
We use market accepted high-precise multifunctional vertical milling machines SMEC LCV 550 with a high productivity by treatment for more simplified operations.
PROMTEHSERVIS
LASER CUTTING EQUIPMENT
A laser cutting unit by Serie LASERCUT EXPERT allows to carry out the tasks in sheet metal cutting with a high productivity. The application of the shuttle desk allows to reduce the downtime and to lower the final value of given operation by that.
Practical absense of backflash allows to expand the positioning on all axes to ±0,05 and to enhance the accuracy of cutting.
Maximal sheet size 1500x3000 mm.
TIME-TESTED
All operations have been carried out according to the rules and design documentation, based on the Customer`s technical requirements. Machine operators carefully keep the workplace tidy and monitor the condition of the equipment to ensure the necessary precision of workpieces treatment.

BENDING OF PROFILED METAL PIPES
Our enterprise is ready to perform automatic bending of profiled and round cross-section metal pipes by length to 3 m. (3000 mm.) according to the Customer`s technical requirements. Industrial equipment allows to perform high current dimensional bending, bending with a variable radius with the function of transition from small radii to large ones, also pipe bending on finished products.
